Position Overview

Salary: Dependent on Experience

Department: Capstone Family Physicians, part of the Medical Network of Alaska

At MNA, we offer leadership, support, and direction to healthcare establishments of various sizes across numerous specialties, with the primary aim of enhancing accessibility, value, and quality in medical administrative support services.

Key Responsibilities:

In this position, you will have the chance to establish your own patient roster while contributing to the efforts of Capstone Family Physicians, all set against the backdrop of Alaska's beautiful communities.

Qualifications Required:

  • Valid Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) License in Alaska
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory; ACLS, NRP, and ATLS certifications are preferred.
  • Residency in or near Eagle River, Alaska is required.
  • Familiarity with EMR software and Outlook Programs is essential.
  • Ability to read and understand basic instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
  • Physical capability to frequently stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Specific vision capabilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
