Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a thriving Pediatric Therapy Clinic. This role is essential for providing high-quality care to children with speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patients' swallowing, speech, and language abilities.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans to address individual functional needs.
  • Implement therapeutic techniques to enhance communication skills and fluency.
  • Assist patients in improving their vocabulary and sentence structure.
  • Guide individuals in strengthening the muscles necessary for swallowing.
  • Provide counseling to patients and families regarding communication and swallowing disorders.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess an active State License.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $115,000 annually or $55 to $63 per 45-minute session, based on experience.
