Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapist to join our team at Medical Network of Alaska. As a key member of our orthopedic care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from illnesses and injuries.
  • Perform treatments and exercises to improve patient mobility and function.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and stay up-to-date with professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctor of Physical or Occupational Therapy degree.
  • Valid state of Alaska professional license.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • New graduates welcome.
  • Must reside in or near Anchorage, Alaska.
  • Outpatient experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in EMR software and Outlook programs.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
