Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our Bridge Construction team at Construction Resources Management. As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in the construction process, working alongside experienced professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the layout and construction of bridges and related structures
- Perform physical labor tasks that require manual dexterity and strength
- Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Participate in clean-up efforts on the job site
- Collaborate with the Foreman and other team members to achieve project goals

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends
- Physical stamina to perform tasks in variable weather conditions and dirty environments
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
- 2 years of prior experience in bridge construction or laborer positions preferred
