Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Whisperwood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including grooming, bathing, and dressing, while adhering to patient care policy guidelines.
  • Identify and report any conditions requiring management attention.
  • Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
  • Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Record vital signs, weights, measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
  • Turn and position patients, perform range of motion, and reality orientation as directed.
Requirements
  • Nursing Assistant Certification from the state.
  • Ability to record information and perform technical procedures.
  • Good communication skills, self-discipline, and patience.
  • Genuine care for and interest in elderly and handicapped individuals.
  • Ability to comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
  • Ability to comply with Company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
