Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurses Aide to join our team at Essex Meadows. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic nursing duties to assist licensed nurses and other staff members in supporting department operations.
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and providing personal care.
  • Record medication and personal care given on the Daily Care Record.
  • Report relevant changes to the Charge Nurse.
  • Utilize and submit charge sheets on a daily basis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, utilizing your skills and training to enhance job performance.
Requirements
  • Must hold current Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of Texas or possess written documentation from the state examiner that requirements for such were met.
  • Successfully complete competency evaluation requirements under state guidelines.
  • Have completed and been certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR-Healthcare Provider) preferred.
