Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Technology Manager to join our team at Cornerstone Building Brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, communication, and efficient administration of our Dayforce HCM and other HR supporting technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Dayforce HCM and other technology to ensure seamless operations
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement HCM processes and procedures to drive business efficiency
  • Own and manage WFM configuration, pay policies, entitlements, and punch policies
  • Oversee integrations, including API, to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Supervise HR Technology Analysts, setting goals, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and coaching
  • Drive employee understanding and appreciation of HR Technology programs through clear documentation, communication, and education
  • Own and manage change management practices with HR Technology
  • Collaborate with the Director of HR Technology on M&A activity, including implementation due diligence
  • Resolve complex issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree desired
  • Minimum of 10 years related work experience with a strong understanding of Dayforce HCM configuration and interface to support HR and business objectives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to evaluate and improve benefits programs
  • Leadership, management, and team building skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex benefits information to diverse audiences
  • Able to provide direction and delegation in a positive, professional manner and ensure follow through
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead a variety of projects from start to finish
  • Process improvement oriented, with a focus on driving business efficiency and employee experience
