Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team at RollShield LLC in Clearwater, FL. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will play a critical role in supporting our residential construction projects.
ResponsibilitiesThis position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a construction-related support role and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Routing and message taking of incoming calls
- Greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service
- Performing general office duties, including data entry and filing
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*** Previous experience in a construction-related support role
1-year previous reception experienceKnowledge of general office duties and clerical dutiesIntermediate skill level in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)ImprovIit 360, SalesForce or other CRM knowledge helpfulWe offer a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year, as well as opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
