Job Title: Senior Principal Engineer Test

Northrop Grumman is seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Engineer Test to join our team. This role will be located in Roy, Utah, and will support the Sentinel program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support integration and test of element level requirements, verification and validation in support of multiple product team disciplines within command and launch.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree; 7 years with a Master's; 4 years with a PhD; 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • US Citizenship with an Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Test Engineering experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years) with the ability to receive a Special Access Program (SAP) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
  • Supplier test execution experience.
  • Experience with HVAC systems, fluid dynamics, and airflow test environments.
  • Agile experience.
  • Experience with Siemens NX and Team Center.
  • JIRA/Confluence.
  • Model Based System Engineering with an understanding of DODAF and SysML.
  • Proficiency in DOORS and Cameo.
