">Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) - Required for Magnet Facility certification.
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in Mother/Baby or Postpartum care in an acute care setting.
  • Texas RN licensure or compact license.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire.
  • NRP certification within 6 months of hire.
