Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented UPS/Fed Ex Coordinator to join our team at Earth Friendly Products. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the accurate and timely shipment of all goods via UPS and FedEx.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify that all drums, pails, and cartons for shipment are properly labeled
  • Pull, pack, identify, and reserve all UPS and FedEx orders
  • Process UPS/FedEx return shipments from customers
  • Pack all items in accordance with EFP sustainability policies
  • Notify Shipping & Receiving Manager of low-level items in UPS/FedEx area
  • Process orders through UPS/FedEx software, ship orders through system, and print bills of lading
  • Submit bills of lading to corporate for immediate billing for all ecommerce orders
  • Ensure inter-office mail is shipped on a daily basis
  • Maintain stock items are neat and organized
  • Ensure dock area is clean, organized, safe, and in good working condition
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED; previous experience in a shipping and receiving department preferred
  • Previous experience using UPS/Fed Ex software
  • Forklift experience and/or certification is required
  • Ability to safely lift bottles, boxes, tools, equipment, and other necessary items; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions
