Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales and Operations: Ring up all sales on the cash register accurately and efficiently, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels, receiving and verifying vendor deliveries, and controlling merchandise and cash shortages.
  • Store Maintenance: Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and proper working order, and contact maintenance for repair when needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist new applicants with the application process, perform all duties with minimal supervision, and attend job-related meetings as required.
Working Conditions

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision. You will be required to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.

Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in retail sales preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a team environment, provide exceptional customer service, and operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
