Parts Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Parsons Of Eagle River Inc. As a key member of our parts department, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication with staff and customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the parts sales process, including communicating with customers and staff, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts.
  • Review and verify body shop estimates to ensure correct parts and pricing.
  • Provide high-level service to internal and external customers, including answering phone calls, providing price quotes, and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Pull and fill orders from stock, maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing weekly bin checks.
  • Notify the parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that require immediate attention.
  • Locate out-of-stock parts from external sources and submit emergency orders as needed.
  • Ensure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders.
  • Receive payment from retail customers or obtain credit authorization.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
