- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a tech team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with AI technologies in relation to document reading, classification, and business process automation.
- Knowledge of modern technologies and frameworks, such as Angular, React, etc.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners and QA specialists.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development with proven leadership roles.
