Requirements:

  • Understanding of modern software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a tech team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic and analytical thinking.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with AI technologies in relation to document reading, classification, and business process automation.
  • Knowledge of modern technologies and frameworks, such as Angular, React, etc.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners and QA specialists.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PHP development with proven leadership roles.
