Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive expat support programs
• Coordinate with HQ in Japan to ensure seamless benefit program management
• Design and execute onboarding and offboarding processes for expats and their families
• Oversee visa processing and renewal procedures
• Foster collaboration among department members, officers, and senior management

Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Native or business-level Japanese language skills
• 5 years of experience in expat support and HR management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
