About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Houston, TX. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will provide administrative support within the Human Resources department, assisting with hiring processes, data entry, payroll and benefits support, onboarding, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and maintain accurate employee data, ensuring confidentiality
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
  • Assist in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform HR initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with employment labor laws and regulations
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks, including filing, record-keeping, and document preparation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience
  • Four to eight years of experience in Human Resources
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
