International Student Development Manager

**About the Role:**

The International Student Development Manager will play a vital role in expanding our ministry to international students, fostering a sense of community and belonging among them. This position requires someone with excellent leadership skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to motivate others to serve in ministry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Identify key international students with a vision for ministry and engage them in leadership development
  • Work with our training department to develop relevant transferable cross-cultural discipleship resources
  • Recruit internationals to serve as staff members in conjunction with the Mobilization Team
  • Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships for the budgeted needs of the role by sharing the vision of the ministry

**Qualifications and Skills:**

  • Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies
  • Faithful, loyal, and dedicated to IFI's mandate from the Lord to extend God's love globally through equipping Christians to be effective cross-cultural communicators of the Gospel
  • Well-organized with attention to detail and ability to complete tasks independently
  • Ability to work under stress and be flexible
  • Enjoys working with people and has strong interpersonal skills, especially when addressing a dissatisfied student or volunteer

**Salary:** $25,709 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and other factors. Benefits include paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, and more (once eligible), health benefits (medical, dental, and vision) for eligible staff, and flexible hours and work-from-home availability.
