We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our team.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $105,000, based on experience.

Job Summary:

The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll and benefits administration, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Communicate with employees regarding benefits enrollment, changes, and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including payroll and benefits data.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of payroll and benefits processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
