About the Role
We are seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs that enhance the employee experience, including employee engagement, recognition, and reward initiatives. **Responsibilities**
  • Design and implement programs to improve employee engagement, recognition, and rewards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of new programs.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to existing programs.

**Requirements**
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources administration or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
