Business Operations Coordinator

Woodlands Primary Healthcare seeks a highly motivated and organized Business Admin Assistant to support our CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional to gain valuable experience in medical industry business management.
About the Role- Provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with Human Resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable and budgeting.
- Maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, prioritizing tasks and projects.
- Coordinate projects and events, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- 1-2 years of administrative experience in a medical, HR, or marketing industry (desired).
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP (a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
