About the Role
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with Human Resources tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage accounting tasks, such as accounts payable/receivable and budgeting.
  • Maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule appointments, prioritizing tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate projects and events, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a medical, HR, or marketing industry (desired).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach.
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP (a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
