Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Desktop Support Technician at TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi-functional printers in clinical areas
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and process improvement

Requirements:

- 1+ years of IT experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong technical skills, including Windows, Active Directory, and PC support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
