Clinical Liaison Job Description

ClearSky Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in evaluating patients and determining their eligibility for admission to our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and determine their eligibility for admission to our hospital.
  • Prepare development plans and conduct calls with potential referral sources.
  • Present to potential referral sources and integrate company values into daily practice.
  • Conduct proper pre-admission patient evaluations in a timely manner.
  • Maintain assigned sales territory and develop, implement, evaluate, and refine territory sales plans based on data, trends, market needs, and facility needs.
  • Coordinate marketing and public relations activities, such as conferences, exhibits, seminars, advertising, media relations, government relations, etc.
  • Effectively track sales activity, maintain client profiles, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in program development initiatives as assigned.
  • Provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff, and assess risks for safety and implement appropriate precautions.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of healthcare experience required, with healthcare sales experience preferred.
  • Clinical licensure required (RN, RT, LVN, PT, OT, SLP preferred).
  • Must maintain a valid, acceptable driving record, current driver's license, and insurability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursement, etc.
  • Demonstrates the highest degree of customer service and professionalism.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and complete complex tasks.
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection prevention standards.
