Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Account Executive to join our team at The LaSalle Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the industrial gases sector, leveraging your knowledge of market trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business and expand existing relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, meeting customer expectations.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote our products, staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in our CRM system, providing valuable insights to the management team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the industrial sector, with a strong understanding of industrial gases and related applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
