Key Responsibilities
In this CDL Class B role, you will manage route responsibilities while delivering products, placing orders, and merchandising to ensure our offerings are well-stocked on retail shelves for customers. This position also provides a platform to cultivate the leadership skills necessary for future advancement.
- Adhere to a Monday to Friday work schedule (occasional weekend travel may be required); early morning start times
- Unload products, organize inventory in storage areas, and gather proof of delivery
- Place orders and enhance sales by securing display space and promoting new items
- Merchandise products, uphold display standards, and rotate stock
- Utilize handheld devices and sales software to execute daily tasks
- Foster in-store relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues in a dynamic environment
- Comply with DOT regulations and conduct vehicle inspections
Qualifications
- Prior experience in DSD, grocery, delivery, or warehouse settings
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement and ability to meet medical certification standards; candidates must be at least 21 years old
- Capability to safely lift 35 pounds and handle frozen products using appropriate tools
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, drug tests, and DOT physical evaluations
