Sales Director

As a Sales Manager II at Service Corporation International, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales quotas, increase market share, and customer base within established budgetary levels. You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage sales staff, and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform sales strategies
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales partners
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
