Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our business objectives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and potential clients. They will also be expected to manage and optimize sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the fitness industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus up to $18,000 annually. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and training opportunities.
