**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Drive Sales Growth: Engage with existing clients and prospects to present our virtual tax solutions, identify sales opportunities, and close deals.
  • Build Relationships: Facilitate B2B referral relationships, ensuring mutual success and adherence to our underwriting standards.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Notate and document client interactions meticulously to support ongoing sales efforts and long-term client satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Experience: 3-5 years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record in B2C consultative sales. Experience in debt mitigation, financial services, or high-ticket consumer services is preferred.
  • Consultative Closer: A proven ability to listen actively, ask probing questions, and tailor your approach based on client needs.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, the ability to leverage technology (CRM, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, etc.), and a knack for multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Urgency: The kind of urgency that doesn't wait for things to happen, but takes action to make things happen.
  • Education: A four-year college degree or two-year junior college degree is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Bilingual: English required; Spanish is a plus.
