Position Overview

As the Operations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operational functions that enhance efficiency and facilitate the smooth execution of digital marketing initiatives. This position demands a strategic mindset coupled with a robust operational background, outstanding organizational capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams to refine processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and streamline operational workflows to ensure optimal resource utilization and efficiency.
  • Supervise the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to align operations with overarching business goals.
  • Oversee resource distribution, including personnel and tools, to support successful project execution.
  • Establish quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards in campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Manage strategic relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring alignment with the company's requirements.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles for staff, refine policies, eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in operations management, preferably within a digital marketing or agency context.
  • Proven experience in leading and optimizing operational processes.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk or computer.
  • Participation in video calls as required.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
