Position Overview
The primary goal of the Regional Operations Manager is to supervise and direct the activities of the division within a designated area. This role encompasses direct oversight of regional office leaders and appraisers, ensuring efficient and effective file management. The manager is tasked with executing policies and procedures designed to improve overall performance, in alignment with the division's goals and client Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Success in this role is measured by the achievement of divisional objectives and responsiveness to client needs, all while adhering to company standards and goals. Collaboration with various departments and managers is essential to meet the division's targets. A thorough understanding of the insurance sector and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly regional performance reports to management, clearly articulating departmental objectives.
- Exhibit strong leadership and management capabilities to guide a team of field appraisers and technicians, providing constructive feedback during performance evaluations based on metrics such as quality control reviews and key performance indicators.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess claims data and make informed decisions.
- Maintain excellent organizational skills to manage multiple claims efficiently.
- Be prepared to travel frequently within the assigned region to evaluate claims and oversee teams in various locations.
- Commit to achieving success through structured methodologies, utilizing action plans and reporting tools to manage operations effectively.
- Ensure regular and reliable attendance as a fundamental aspect of this role.

Education and Experience Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in insurance and leadership roles.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 (bonus eligible).
Job Specifics
- Fully Remote (equipment stipend provided).
- Salaried Exempt - Full-Time (Core Working Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm CST).
Travel Requirements
- Up to 20% travel required.
