Job Title: Landscape Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Operations Manager to lead our production team and ensure the highest quality of work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production team, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Develop and execute a schedule for client contact and visitation, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and train field employees, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
  • Quality Control: Implement and utilize quality inspection and scoring processes to ensure high-quality work.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce all established field policies, including safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
  • Client Communication: Coordinate and communicate information between the Managing Partner, Design/Sales, and field Operations.
  • Financial Management: Assist in evaluating foreman and crew leader performance, monitor labor and material budgets, and review actual costs vs. budget.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to address quality improvement and employee development.
  • Equipment Management: Implement and manage the preventative maintenance program process, maintain inventory, and order parts and supplies for equipment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review and provide weekly updates on actual costs vs. budget, monitor usage of foreman's manuals, and collect payroll information.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, annual bonus/commission: Yes.
