Job Responsibilities

Requirements:
- 0-6 years of experience in civil design, land development, or landscape architecture projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental calculations (slopes, grades, etc.).
- Create and develop comprehensive civil construction plans for land development projects, including landscape designs emphasizing native flora, distinctive entrances, courtyard layouts, street enhancement projects, and park planning.
- Develop Master Plans, Park Plans, Green Storm Water Management Systems, Pedestrian-Friendly Designs, and Native Plant Landscape Plans.
- Design and evaluate engineering systems related to land development and utility services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and calculations.
- Utilize software to produce detailed 2D or 3D designs for intricate projects; maintain organized documentation and project files.
