Job Overview

As a Client Liaison Specialist at Newcourse Communications, you will serve as a key point of contact between our clients and our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that client needs are met and service level agreements are maintained.

You will be responsible for preparing documentation and data submissions for the establishment of new print products, as well as ensuring proper pricing is provided to our billing control manager.

Additionally, you will interface with our programming staff to provide effective information for product development, review and provide sample documents to clients for formal approval, and implementation.

Assist with the prioritization of production to meet expected turn times for printing and mailing.

Preparation of various reports and scorecard data monthly to assigned client base, as applicable.

Conduct weekly meetings, if applicable, via conference call with clients to discuss ongoing projects and/or concerns regarding specific products.

Requirements

Experience and knowledge of functions within the printing industry is preferred as is experience within the mortgage servicing industry.

Strong customer service skills

Should have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be professional in all communication.

Presentation skills

Extremely detail oriented and must be able to multi-task in a high production and fast paced environment.

Proofreading abilities as well as problem solving, and resolution skills required.

Education

A minimum of a high school diploma.
