Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lease Administrator to join our team at Rose Associates Inc. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and experience in multifamily housing.

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration: Manage lease administration, including data entry into property management software and managing calendars.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between ownership and residents, drafting and circulating resident communications.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with storage, bicycle, and fitness agreements.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Business, marketing, real estate, or finance preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of multifamily experience.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Valid NYS real estate license or ability to obtain one within the first 120 days of employment.
  • Travel: Ability to travel between buildings as needed.
