Key Responsibilities: As a Lease and Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing the fixed asset accounting process, including owning the fixed asset subledger and preparing related journal entries. You will also lead the implementation of the fixed asset module within our ERP system and partner with the real estate team to oversee lease tracking and modify schedules as needed.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong knowledge of lease accounting (ASC 824) and experience managing large volumes of leases. You should also have advanced proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills, particularly in working with large volumes of data to create meaningful workpapers. Additionally, experience with Tango Analytics or other lease administration software is a plus.

Our company offers a competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide multiple medical, dental, and vision plans to meet all of our employees' needs as well as many benefits and perks that are not listed.
