Strategic Asset Manager for NYC Multifamily Properties

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Asset Manager to oversee our portfolio of multifamily properties in New York City. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and maximizing asset value.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of property management experience, with a proven track record of success in managing large portfolios of residential properties. You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing annual operating budgets, analyzing property performance, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

You will also be responsible for leading a team of property managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of their duties. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients, vendors, and employees to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maximize Asset Value: Analyze market trends and make recommendations to optimize rent pricing, lease terms, and other factors that impact asset value.
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including housing policies and zoning ordinances.
  • Lead Team Members: Provide guidance and support to property managers, and work collaboratively to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10+ years of property management experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Benefits:
