About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Manager to lead our product development teams in advancing our success and driving innovation. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely launch of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and design products, from concept to launch.
- Drive project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Partner with engineers and designers to develop and implement product design activities.
- Direct outside activities, such as regulatory testing and third-party evaluations.
- Manage simultaneous multi-functional teams to launch products, ensuring market specifications are met.
- Apply technical expertise to specific projects, driving innovation and improvement.
- Manage project portfolios, ensuring projects are on track and escalating any roadblocks.
- Assist in developing product roadmaps and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Continuously improve project processes to reduce product development cycle time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 5+ years of related engineering experience, with 2+ years of project management and/or leading teams experience.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 360 tools, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) for backlog management, progress tracking, and reporting is preferred.
- Ability to provide work direction to teams, improving efficiency, effectiveness, and collaboration.
- Establish a team environment with open communication, problem-solving, and resolution.
- Promote knowledge sharing to strengthen technical depth, ensure adaptable operational support, and enable process improvements.
- Approximately 10% domestic travel with potential for international travel required.
