Job Summary

The Assistant Property Manager will assist the Property Manager in all phases of property operations, including leasing and sales, resident retention, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Property Manager in designing and implementing resident retention programs to maintain high occupancy levels and ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Support leasing activities by staying up-to-date on market conditions, competitive pricing, and property amenities to effectively motivate residents and prospects.
  • Communicate leasing requirements and property policies to prospective residents during the leasing process, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing guidelines.
  • Prepare and complete lease forms or agreements and collect rental deposits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Stay informed about current rental rates, floor plans, locations, and all amenities of the property to provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform other functions as required by the position and/or property needs, including general office duties and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of property management experience with a focus on leasing and sales.
  • Knowledge of Yardi software and/or Yardi CRM to effectively manage property operations.
  • Sales and/or leasing experience to drive resident retention and occupancy levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills to provide exceptional service to residents, prospects, and peers.
  • General office experience to perform administrative tasks and support the Property Manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite to effectively manage property operations and communicate with team members.
  • Ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, and management to achieve business objectives.
  • Must be extremely organized, oriented, and able to multi-task to meet deadlines and achieve results.

Work Schedule

The Assistant Property Manager will work Tuesday to Saturday, providing flexibility and availability to meet the needs of the property and residents.
