Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and manage all back-end products, including service contracts, GAP, and paint/fabric sealants.
  • Manage contracts in transit on a daily basis, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Utilize prior experience with credit-challenged sub-prime auto loan lending and demonstrate a thorough understanding of sub-prime automotive business.
  • Demonstrate resilience in working with lenders that specialize in poor credit profiles and sub-prime lending.
  • Collect and verify all stipulations associated with sub-prime credit files.
  • Take a transaction from lead inquiry to delivery and funding, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Model patience and empathy when working with credit-challenged clientele.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of auto finance products and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
