The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and client service. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Benefits and Life Team with administrative tasks and client service
- Creating and maintaining client files in accordance with office procedures
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and insurance company personnel
- Processing policy service requests, including address changes, beneficiary changes, and premium mode changes
- Completing policy summaries and annual reviews
- Performing administrative duties, including scanning and accurately filing materials in client files
- Answering phones and responding to client inquiries
- Assisting with special projects and data compilation for quotes
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work in a fast-paced environment. High school graduate or equivalent, college graduate preferred. Minimum 1 year of related experience and/or training.
