Your responsibilities will include building strong collaborative relationships within our Food & Beverage division and across other hotel departments, ensuring the smooth functioning of our outlet services.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service by swiftly addressing guest inquiries, issues, and feedback to guarantee overall satisfaction
  • Assess operational cost efficiency and implement strategies for cost reduction and profit maximization
  • Recruit, onboard, and train staff in Food & Beverage protocols for the effective management of the outlet
  • Ensure the cleanliness, upkeep, and proper utilization of all Food & Beverage equipment and storage facilities

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, or event management is preferred
  • Certification in Alcohol Beverage Service and Food Handling is required
  • Basic math skills for financial reporting are essential
