About the Role

Southcoast Health System, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to optimize our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to optimize supply chain operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of supply chain initiatives
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in a healthcare supply chain or business analytics role
  • Knowledge of healthcare material management system applications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration
  • Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge, solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures, as well as financial terms and principles
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocol
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently on assigned projects
