We are currently seeking a qualified Sourcing Strategy Coordinator.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Shift Timing: Day Shift, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Work Location: Southcoast Business Center

Key Responsibilities:

This position reports to the Director of Sourcing, Supply Chain, or their designee. Responsibilities include:

  • Contract Organization: Maintain a systematic approach for managing contracts and associated documentation.
  • Rebate Monitoring: Track and oversee rebates related to medical devices and other healthcare products.
  • Product Recall Management: Understand and implement tracking processes for product recalls to ensure patient safety.
  • Shipping Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to manage shipping agreements.
  • Contract Management: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare partners.
  • Contract Interpretation: Analyze and apply business contract terms and conditions.
  • Supplier Performance Evaluation: Develop scorecards to assess supplier performance based on agreements, expenditures, and user satisfaction.
  • Additional Projects: Engage in various projects and assignments, including vendor agreement management, contract documentation maintenance, internal communication of contract provisions, and enhancing contract-related processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; experience in contract management within the healthcare sector is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, business insight, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft, GHX, and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analysis and presentations is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills are required.
  • A minimum of three years' experience or equivalent in a contract role is necessary.
  • Certification as a Contract Law Specialist (CCLS) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) is preferred.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or provide an exemption for medical or personal reasons upon hiring.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: USD $38.54 per hour.
