About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Engineer to join our team at Raytheon. As a Logistics Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate the movement of goods, materials, and equipment from suppliers to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Analyze and report on logistics metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP or other logistics management software.
  • Knowledge of transportation management systems and processes.
  • Experience with inventory management and control.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
