Job Overview

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for managing procurement processes and ensuring the smooth operation of purchasing activities within Corbus Pharmaceuticals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough review and entry of data from various contracts, including detailed scopes of work and associated costs, into the NetSuite system to facilitate the generation of Purchase Orders and oversee the approval workflow until completion.
  2. Analyze deliverables and pricing in comparison to issued Purchase Orders, addressing and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues related to invoices submitted without corresponding Purchase Orders.
  4. Perform quarterly evaluations of open Purchase Orders to assess the necessity for change orders and closures.
  5. Manage vendor setup and ongoing maintenance to ensure efficient operations.
  6. Engage in ad hoc projects as required to support the procurement function.
  7. Act as the Concur Administrator, overseeing company credit card accounts, which includes:
    • Activation and deactivation of cards.
    • Management of approvers.
    • Review of monthly statements from SVB.
    • Assistance to employees in submitting their expense reports.
    • Validation of expense reports against receipts, statements, and company policies.
    • Collaboration with employees and Concur to resolve any issues that may occur.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure procurement processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
