Key Responsibilities- Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries and verticals, leveraging market research and networking efforts to uncover new business opportunities for our data services and offerings.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, positioning our data services and offerings as solutions to their business challenges and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and lead generation teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive awareness and engagement with our data services and offerings.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and discovery meetings with clients to understand their data-related pain points, goals, and priorities, positioning our solutions as strategic enablers of their success.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our data services and offerings, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client.
- Ensure that strategic objectives of organization and engagements are constantly aligned, measured, and achieved.
- Generate ongoing engagement opportunities (and closes them) through deep and wide understanding of client's business and Roadmap.
- Build solution timeline and team (roles, allocations, potential named resources)
- Be the Hike2 subject matter expert on the Hike2 data offerings, value proposition, and key differentiators.
- Professionally represent Hike2 at industry and partner conferences.
- Proven track record of success in selling data programs and services to a diverse range of enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and develop tailored data solutions that address their specific business challenges and objectives.
- Experience in articulating the value proposition of data programs and services, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of data analytics technologies, methodologies, and industry trends, with the ability to stay abreast of advancements and innovations in the field.
- Demonstrated experience exceeding quota expectations of $8-10M annually.
- 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree, required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse environment.
- The annual salary range offers a competitive OTE of $250,000-$350,000 (uncapped).
- This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
