Channel Partner Account Manager

Job Summary:
As a Channel Partner Account Manager at Ntirety, you will play a pivotal role in client relationship management by working as a liaison between the Channel Partner, Global Partner Team and other internal departments to strengthen partner relationships, grow revenue and contribute to the overall success of the partner program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional and comprehensive support to all partners within the Global Partner Program.
* Manage all aspects of the partner relationships, anticipate short-term and long-term needs.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new partner onboarding, sales, marketing and product management strategies to grow the Global Partner Program.
* Become subject-matter-expert for all things related to Global Partners and provide prompt, professional and knowledgeable responses to partner inquires.
* Create and deliver comprehensive plans and proposals, including new product launches, migrations and other partner projects.
* Lead product and project requirement-gathering process for new products and projects, including partner and internal communications.
* Gain and maintain expertise in product portfolio including domains, email, hosting and other value added services and how Global Partners connect and interact with NetNation's front end and backend systems.
* Provide product demonstrations, presentations, guided walk-throughs of NetNation's product portfolio, and associated services.
* Participate in discussions with prospects, customers, and partners to gather technical and process-related requirements that aid in the design of product and go-to-market strategies.
* Effectively communicate with external / internal teams and Senior Leadership Team.
* Ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives with shared resources.
* Responsible for developing, scheduling and conducting quarterly Global Partner business reviews.
* Interface directly with partners and large customers throughout the implementation process to ensure that deliverables and responsibilities are correctly defined and that milestones are achieved.
* Perform data analysis, revenue reconciliation and create partner invoices on a monthly basis.
* Ability to manage partner specific projects including gathering and documenting requirements, task assignment, define deliverables and manage through completion.
* Liaises with various departments to effectively communicate and represent Global Partner's needs.
* Proactively identifies areas of improvement in the Global Partner Channel Sales and assists in implementation of solutions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 2+ years of experience in Business-to- Business (B2B) account management or Client Relationship Management.
* Proven record of accomplishment in managing major accounts, preferably in technical field.
* Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem solve efficiently and effectively.
* Ability to juggle the roles of self-motivated Initiator and strong team player, with superior detail-oriented, organizational and analytical skills to help identify and resolve challenging situations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of or familiarity with fields such as project management, account planning, marketing, sales, account management, technology in general, and the web hosting or similar industry.
Preferred Skills:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
* Ability to communicate to all levels of an organization, both internal and customer-facing
