Job Title: Senior Curam Developer

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Curam Developer to join our team at AHU Technologies Inc. As a Senior Curam Developer, you will be responsible for performing IT Triage and resolving complex Curam application defects and issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results.
  • Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist in most phases of systems analysis, while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to diagnose, resolve, delegate, and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the Curam application.
  • Address production issues/defects and design, develop, and implement solutions.
  • Attend design sessions and translate complex technical triggers and process flows to less technical team members.
  • Assist in system enhancements using the Curam platform.

Requirements:

  • 16+ years of experience in software development lifecycle.
  • Requirements gathering and documentation experience.
  • MS Office/PowerPoint experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Professional experience with Curam CGISS development.
  • Experience analyzing, reviewing, and defining problems/issues associated with the Curam CGISS application.
  • Strong professional business analysis experience.
  • Knowledge/Familiarity with all components of the Curam CGISS module.
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement solutions to defects/issues.
  • Knowledge of SNAP/TANF/MAGI/Non-MAGI and other related programs.
  • Experience designing within the Curam software suite.
  • Experience with problem identification and integration of technical skills to resolve issues.
  • Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
  • Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customers by responding to needs by exhibiting a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to independently identify and develop solutions.
  • Understand Curam Case Management functionality and associated business processes.
  • Experience in business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process flows) and mapping (Gap Analysis) techniques in Curam.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and detailed technical and financial procedures.
  • Curam V6 Certification or higher.
