Job Title: Senior Curam Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Curam Developer to join our team at AHU Technologies Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing IT Triage and resolving complex Cram application defects and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and business systems requirements.
  • Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations.
  • Provides consultation on complex projects and is considered a top-level contributor/specialist of most phases of systems analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to diagnose, resolve, delegate, and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the Cram application.
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions to defects/issues.
  • Translate complex technical triggers and process flows to less technical team-members.
  • Assist in system enhancements using the Curam platform.
Requirements:
  • 16+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle.
  • 10 years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • 16+ years of MS Office/PowerPoint experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Professional experience with Cram CGISS development.
  • Strong professional business analysis experience.
  • Knowledge/Familiarity with all components of the Cram CGISS module.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of SNAP/TANF/MAGI/Non-MAGI and other related programs.
  • Experience designing within the Cram software suite.
  • Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
  • Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customers by responding to needs.
  • Cram V6 Certification or higher.
