Job Description:

As a Data Analyst Healthcare Curam Software Specialist at AHU Technologies Inc, you will play a critical role in supporting the work of the client Program Administration, Executive Steering Committee, and client Stakeholders. Under the aegis of the client Chief Data Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the life cycle of client data, defining and implementing policies and procedures for the day-to-day operational and administrative management of systems and data.

You will be accountable for ensuring that each critical data element has a clear definition and is still in use. This includes developing and implementing strategies to assess and develop rules to maintain the quality, integrity, and reliability of data. You will also coordinate cross-agency efforts and decisions to ensure official agency records requirements, privacy, security, and other related requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates IT project management, engineering, maintenance, QA, and risk management.
  • Plans, coordinates, and monitors project activities.
  • Develops technical applications to support users.
  • Develops, implements, maintains, and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems.
  • Provides training for system products and procedures.
  • Performs application upgrades.
  • Performs monitoring, maintenance, or reporting on real-time databases, real-time network and serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications.
  • Troubleshoots problems.
  • Ensures project life-cycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 16+ years of experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities.
  • 16+ years of experience in leading projects, ensuring they are in compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with ETL tools - Design, Develop, Analyze.
  • Experience with Curam software - V6 or higher (Database centric work highly desired).
  • Proven work experience working as a senior/lead data analyst for large data sets and multiple interfaces.
  • Hands-on experience in different file transfer methodologies and different file types and layouts.
  • Experience with Tableau, dashboard design, and development.
  • Strong experience in Healthcare Data.
  • Proven experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Working knowledge of writing functional, technical, and performance requirements in software development environment.
  • Possess hands-on Systems/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio to develop flow diagrams/process diagrams as well as knowledge of the full MS Office Suite.
