Role Summary: The Valet Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the operations at designated hospitality locations. This managerial position is responsible for supervising a team of employees and ensuring that all operational aspects align with Metropolis standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of hourly staff, ensuring effective scheduling and attendance tracking.
  • Organize and oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed in line with company standards.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and develop team members to foster a high-performing workforce.
  • Ensure all team members receive the necessary training to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for assigned locations.
  • Monitor expenses and maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Maintain operational documentation and ensure adherence to maintenance goals.
  • Promote a culture of safety through regular audits and coaching.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish performance metrics and ensure operational excellence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and maintaining high service standards.
  • Implement company initiatives and processes effectively.
  • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  • Fulfill additional operational duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college education preferred.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality sector is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and payroll processes is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for interaction with team members and customers.
  • Adept at identifying safety concerns and implementing corrective measures.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and fostering a diverse work environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet operational demands.
